okay early in the morning reach school for pt, norm stuff, 4 interval 4 suicides 3 core 1 countdown.
after that was stickwork. simple dribble is hard ttm since almost everyone ant do turning drag shot:( line games rock! my line which consist of daryl me eugene and joshua(new jh4) was quite on form for the first few matches, this line scored lyk more than 10 goals today:) i lyk:) everyone scored hahaha. so yea hope can always get this kinda line;) oh yea after training bryan took my stick suddenly, i gave it to him coz i forgot today is my bday. kena taupok in the end, heng heavy weight champion not there anymore LOL.
