PT today, did pull ups and push up and core coz it was raining:( over stretch my shoulder muscles, now i cant turn my head to the left AT ALL, serious:( but pt was fun! coz of the bball game after core, me bryan genie qiheng vs hunquan yongle warren and jerrell. damn fun must play again, maybe during our games day:)
