while waiting for the rest to shower i sat at one corner of the changing room. then we had to go out for smth and the moment i stood up i bam back onto the seat again coz everything became damn blur, lyk cant see and hear. then started perspiring cold sweat lyk hell. lie down on the bench for quite long before regaining consciousness. wth. scary.
