boundaries

just got reminded how important breaking boundaries is.

gymed with sam and jaysen in camp on monday last week. deadlifted 60kgx12, 80x8, 85x6. then jaysen loaded up to 105kg. i thought i wont be able to lift it, didnt try before, didnt dare to try it.

but i decided to give it a try that day, and after sam corrected my form i did 2reps. so damn happy hahah.

did 100x4, 105x2 on my third and fourth set today. i wanna hit 3 plates when i enter uni. way to go.
