my goal one year ago was to train hard for my sport. to play better, to play harder.
after one year of hitting the gym, i am still having that goal in mind.
not many people can plank perfect form for more than 3mins straight, normal ppl will not be able to deadlift 171% of ur bodyweight, not everyone can juggle cardio running and lifting at the same time. i think.
there are definitely changes and improvements, but getting bigger is just a, by-product i will say.
all the misconceptions, all the haters, laughing-stock.
